With 99% of millennials searching for homes online, photos of your home are the most important factor when buyers are choosing which homes to tour. 82% of buyers find it easier to visualize a property as a future home when it's been properly staged and more than a quarter of buyers (27%) are more willing to overlook property faults in a staged home. The last words any seller wants to hear from their agent is “price reduction” because the property is sitting on the market for too long. This report may include cleaning and decluttering suggestions, as well as paint color updates, furniture and accessory recommendations, and more. Our team can assist with fulfilling those recommendations through our design and refresh program as an additional add-on a la carte service.
