With Old Florida roots...

Owner and Founder, Meredith McNeely, always envisioned having an outlet where she could share and offer the things she loves most about living a coastal lifestyle. With the help and expertise of her mother, Dona, together they created Palmetto, a company that reflects their collective appreciation of a lifestyle of living by the sea.

 Meredith resides in Destin, FL with her husband, son and miniature schnauzer. With a degree in Tourism and Hospitality and 10+ years experience in condo and real estate management, she brings the expertise to understand property values and how savvy design choices affect rental investment, as well as, sales. She enjoys time with her family, salty sunsets, front porch swings, stone crab claws, a dry white wine, and all things coastal living.

Relocating back to the Panhandle after 32 years, Dona resides in Mary Esther, FL with her husband and two rescue dogs. She owned a successful real estate  project management company in Southern Virginia which focused on renovation and design, serving clients who wished to maximize the potential for profitable real estate sales. Dona enjoys gardening, cooking for her family, creating unique art pieces and family porch time sharing a crisp Sancerre.
